 These conditions aim to define the terms of order placement, payment, and delivery between the website https://youthfoul.com/ and the customer.

 

PRODUCTS

 All products for sale on the site https://youthfoul.com/ are offered within the limits of available stock.

 The products available on the site are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

 However, if errors or omissions have occurred in this presentation, Youth Foul cannot be held responsible.

 Photographs of the products offered may undergo minor variations (colors, sizes, shape).

 

ORDER PROCESS

 The customer can select items from our range of products and add them to their "Cart."

 By clicking the "Checkout" button, the customer finalizes the order for the products in the Cart.

 The customer will then be asked to provide their data (including payment-related information).

 Before finalizing an order, the customer can view and modify the order details at any time.

 Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) is also mandatory before placing an order. Otherwise, it will not be possible to order products on the website.

 Ordering your products constitutes a sales contract between the customer and the company, subject to the availability of the ordered products.

 A confirmation email will be sent to the customer, confirming the receipt and details of the order.

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 All our packages are shipped via the services of LA POSTE.

 The Shipping Costs for all orders placed in Metropolitan France are fixed and indicated by the seller in the form completed during the Order.

 The Seller undertakes to process the Order within thirty days from the day following the validation of the Order. The indicated times are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation, and shipping times of the order (warehouse release).

 They begin upon order validation.

 

 SHIPMENT

 All purchased items are shipped within 20 business days after the order, although most are shipped within 10 to 12 business days.

 In the case of high demand, your delivery may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

 If you have not received your purchase after 30 days, please contact us through the contact form.

 

RESPONSIBILITY

 The company Youth Foul is not responsible for any losses or damages that you may incur if losses or damages result from a force majeure event, are attributable to the unforeseeable act of a third party, or are attributable to you.

 If the customer's address is incorrect, Youth Foul cannot be held responsible for the loss of the order.

 

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 In accordance with Article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, every consumer has a 14-day period to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs.

 This period is extended until the next working day if it ends on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday.

 Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition with the order number.

 To arrange a return, please contact us using the designated form.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

 The prices of the products are displayed in euros.

 For orders to countries outside the European Union, customs fees will be charged to the customer upon delivery.

 

SECURE PAYMENT

 Payment is due immediately upon order and is made by credit card via the secure system provided by the payment provider Shopify Payments.

 The transmitted information is encrypted in accordance with best practices and cannot be read during transport over the network.

 Once payment is initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after verification of the information.

 In accordance with Article L. 132-2 of the Monetary and Financial Code, the commitment to pay by card is irrevocable.

 By providing their banking information during the sale, the customer authorizes the Seller to debit their card for the amount indicated.

 The customer confirms that they are the legal holder of the card to be debited and are legally entitled to use it.

 We do not have access to your login credentials and credit card numbers. All transactions are secured using SSL encryption, ensuring both the identity of the payment organization and data confidentiality.

 Payment in installments is not accepted.

 

WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES

 All products for sale on the website benefit from the legal conformity warranty (Article L211-4 of the Consumer Code), allowing the User to return defective or non-conforming products.

 - Article L2ll-4 of the Consumer Code: The seller is required to deliver a conforming product existing at the time of delivery.
