How can I track my order ?

You will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships, enabling you to monitor its delivery. Please don't hesitate to check it frequently to make sure you don't miss your order's delivery.

Which size should I choose ?

On each product page, you'll discover specific measurements for our garments.
We suggest choosing your regular clothing size.
Our aim is to create clothing that accommodates a broad range of body types, and these sizes align with European "standard" clothing.

Can I change or cancel my order ?

Sadly, once an order has been validated, it cannot be changed or canceled because our orders are automatically routed to the logistics division. Prior to the order being validated, please confirm the details you provided and the items you ordered.

But if your order is via the pre-order method send us an email at support@youthfoul.com so we can figure what's wrong with your order !

What are the shipping times ?

Once our garments are manufactured and reach our warehouse, our typical shipping timeframe is within a week. However, if your order has not yet been shipped within this timeframe, it's possible that we are experiencing a high volume of orders, and we are working diligently to dispatch them as swiftly as possible. Rest assured, you will receive frequent email updates regarding the status of your order.

Additionally, it's important to note that if you anticipate receiving your clothes within a week, but the product you ordered operates under a pre-order system, we recommend reviewing the details provided on the product page you've selected. All relevant information will be outlined there.

How does the pre-orders system work ? 

For select products, we operate under a pre-order system to make our clothing accessible to a wider audience.

In such cases, we open orders for a limited period, which can range from a few hours to days or weeks. Once this period concludes, we forward the order to our factory, initiating the production process without delay.

If this is your first encounter with the pre-order concept, there's no need for concern. We've diligently crafted this new experience to be seamless for you.

This approach offers several advantages. Firstly, it ensures we never overproduce clothing, which is more environmentally friendly, and it enables us to offer our products at more affordable prices. We understand that potential delays may be worrisome, but please rest assured that our utmost priority is to expedite the delivery of your order.
