If you place an order outside of the European Union, customs fees may apply.

For all orders placed in Metropolitan France or within the European Union (excluding Switzerland and the United Kingdom), no customs fees are required.

Other countries may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Youth Foul.

If you choose to refuse your shipments, you will be responsible for all postage, duties, taxes, and/or customs fees incurred for the parcel.

All our packages are shipped via La Poste services.

Shipping costs for all orders placed in Metropolitan France are fixed and indicated by the seller in the form filled out during the order.

The seller undertakes to process the order within fourteen days from the day following the validation of the order, unless otherwise specified. The indicated times are average times and correspond to the processing, preparation, and shipment times of the order (warehouse release).

They start from the validation of the order.



For any item with an error during preparation or clearly defective, the shipping costs will be covered by Youth Foul.

Please note that if the customer is not satisfied with their product for any reasons other than those mentioned earlier, then the shipping costs will be at their expense, and the company will consider refunding the item only or proceeding with an exchange.
